He uses rose petals in a fizz, Peruvian huacatay with ice wine, and Brazilian jambu in a gimlet, but the plant that takes center stage is cacao.

The bar is dimly lit, with flickering candles casting shadows across the walls, and plush, velvet chairs creating a cozy atmosphere. Skulls and other macabre decorations adorn the walls, creating a distinctly eerie vibe. The bar’s staff also dress in black and white attire, adding to the bar’s unique aesthetic.
