ESqUISSE means drawing in French. Natural sensibility without restraint. While looted in the tradition and method of French cuisine, ESqUISSE cuisine is gentle yet advanced.

ESqUISSE is a Michelin two-star French restaurant located in Tokyo, Japan. Our experience at ESqUISSE was truly unforgettable and we were blown away by the quality of the food and service.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and seated at a cozy table in the elegant dining room. The restaurant had a modern and sophisticated atmosphere, with dim lighting and tasteful decor that enhanced the overall dining experience.

Our meal began with an amuse-bouche, which was a delightful bite-sized appetizer that was both visually stunning and delicious. We then proceeded to enjoy a multi-course meal that showcased the chef’s impressive culinary skills and creativity. Each dish was carefully crafted with a beautiful presentation and unique flavor profile that left us wanting more.

One standout dish was the foie gras terrine, which was perfectly cooked and accompanied by a rich and flavorful sauce. Another highlight was the lobster risotto, which was cooked to perfection with a creamy and flavorful sauce that perfectly complemented the sweetness of the lobster meat.

Throughout the meal, the sommelier provided excellent wine pairings that complemented each dish perfectly. The selection of wines was extensive and included a mix of local and international labels.

The service at ESqUISSE was exceptional, with the staff providing attentive and friendly service throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings and made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our dining experience.
